Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed Monday-Friday after midday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns: 

To cancel an order before it has been dispatched please call us on 01923 679725 or email: info@masticpointings.co.uk

To return an item and receive a refund please call us or email quoting the order number and stating the reason for the return.

Refund must be requested within 30 days of delivery still in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.  Please include a copy of order information.
